the staff was friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety (i especially enjoyed the pastries). the room was spacious. i appreciated the late check-out option.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. this made sleeping difficult. the room temperature was controlled centrally, not individually. the hotel is located near a busy highway.

the hotel location was very convenient to bostanci metro station. my room was large and well equipped. i am grateful for the excellent breakfast.
the room temperature was computer-controlled, and i was unable to adjust it myself. opening the window helped, but then the highway noise bothered me.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and it was very organised. The room was spacious and clean. I also noticed that it was very comfortable.
The room temperature was controlled by a computer downstairs. Adjustments were necessary. It was difficult to sleep due to noise from the nearby highway.

I was very close to a big shopping center. It was also half an hour from the airport. This made it easy to access various services. I had no problems getting around the area.
